We are looking for a proactive and reliable
After-Hours On-Call Support Officer
to provide operational support outside regular business hours.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with
at least 1 year of experience in administrative support,
customer service, or workforce/operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  1. After-Hours Support & Escalation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Manage urgent requests and escalate critical concerns following established protocols.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  1. Roster Management
  • Monitor daily rosters and ensure adequate workforce coverage.
  • Update schedules as needed and coordinate with staff for any changes.
  • Handle last-minute adjustments and ensure seamless shift continuity.
  1. Cancellation & Backfill Coordination
  • Manage cancellations in real time and arrange suitable backfill staff.
  • Communicate updates to relevant teams, clients, and affected personnel.
  • Keep accurate logs of all changes and actions taken.
  1. Leave Management
  • Process leave requests and ensure roster impact is properly managed.
  • Coordinate with managers to approve or adjust schedules when necessary.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing incidents, actions taken, and pending items.
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing changes, escalations, and support logs.
  • Provide insights or recommended improvements based on recurring issues.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates; experience in support, customer service, or admin roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
  • Willing to work after-hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of workforce management or scheduling (advantage, not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent tasks.
