Role Overview:
As an HR and Recruitment Associate, you’ll work alongside the HR team to manage
sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding tasks. Your role will
help ensure we attract and retain top talent aligned with our company values and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and Recruitment.
- Experience in the healthcare or NDIS industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in different sourcing platforms.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a remote setup.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job ads and source candidates using various platforms.
- Screen applications and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee files.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects.
- Provide admin support across other HR functions as needed.
